In Costa Rica the Land Registry is called the “National Register“.

WHY INVEST?
The tourist influx, which began a few years ago and which has shown a 7% increase per year, is responsible for 10% of employment. Even though there is a steady increase in the number of European visitors, the main bulk consists of American Tourists (48%).

Di Pacifico Dos is located only 94 km from the international airport of Liberia, 110 km from the capital San José and only a few kilometers from the Pacific Ocean and the Bay of Nicoya.
The building plots vary from approximately 1,000 to 10,000 square meters. The 10,000 square meters plots are ideally suited for re-division into smaller building plots, after the final felling of the trees (in approximately 6 years).
CLIMATE
The area has the best climate in Costa Rica, dry and warm. The temperature is a steady 24-30 degrees Centigrade all year long, with a constant cooling sea breeze. The temperature of the sea water is a constant 27 degrees Centigrade!

The price of your building plot includes central water source and transfer tax, topographical work, registering in the Land Registry, placment of border markers, supply of electricity to the main entrance, renovation of existing roads and construction of new roads where needed.
